Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₉H₁₆Cl₂NO₅P, the P atom is in a distorted tetrahedral configuration, and the carboxylate plane is oriented almost perpendicular to the quinoline ring system. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked by intermolecular C-HO hydrogen bonds and weak - stacking interactions.
