Abstract: In the title complex, [Cd(NCS)₂(C₁₈H₂₂N₂O₄)], the Cd^II ion is coordinated by two NCS^- anions and one bis-pyridino-18-crown-6 ligand in a distorted hexagonal-bipyramidal geometry.
