Triaqua[N-(5-formysalicylidene)glycinato(2-)-³O,N,O']zinc(II) monohydrate

Abstract: The title complex, [Zn(C₁₀H₇NO₄)(H₂O)₃]·H₂O, is a mononuclear complex. The Zn^II atom is coordinated by one N and two O atoms from one Schiff base ligand, and by three O atoms from water molecules. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked through intra- and intermolecular O-HO hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional framework.
