[Bis(2-methyl-1-pyridyl)phenylphosphine-²N,P,N']trichlorochromium(III) acetonitrile solvate

Abstract: In the title molecular structure, [CrCl₃{PPh(2-CH₂C₅H₄N)₂}]·CH₃CN, the Cr^III atom exhibits an octahedral coordination geometry, with a tridentate ligand capping one face of the octahedron and three Cl^- ions occupying the opposite face.
