4,6-Dibenzoylisophthalic acid N,N-dimethylformamide disolvate

Abstract: In the title compound, C₂₂H₁₄O₆·2C₃H₇NO, 4,6-dibenzoylisophthalic acid is linked to two N,N-dimethylformamide solvent molecules via O-HO hydrogen bonds. An intramolecular three-centred C-HO hydrogen bond is favoured by the syn conformation of both carboxyl groups.
