In the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C27H28N4O6, there are two independent mol­ecules which have different conformations. The tetra­hydro­furan and dihydro­diazepine rings adopt envelope conformations. The hydr­oxy, amino and carbonyl groups are all involved in hydrogen bonding.
