Methyl 2-amino-4-(2-fluorophenyl)-4H-benzo[h]chromene-3-carboxylate

Abstract: The title compound, C₂₁H₁₆FNO₃, was synthesized by the reaction of 1-naphthol with methyl cyanoacetate and 2-fluorobenzaldehyde in methanol under microwave irradiation. Intramolecular N-HO and C-HF hydrogen bonds interactions are present in the molecule.
