Abstract: The title compound, C₁₆H₁₇N₃OS·0.5C₂H₆O, was prepared by the reaction of 4-methoxyacetophenone, hydrazine and phenyl isothiocyanate. The molecular structure and packing are stabilized by intramolecular N-HN and intermolecular N-HS and C-H interactions.
