Abstract: The 1,4-dihydropyridine (1,4-DHP) ring of the title compound, C20H23NO7, adopts a flattened boat conformation. The carbonyl groups of the ester groups, at positions 3 and 5 in the 1,4-DHP ring, have cis configurations with respect to the double bonds in the 1,4-DHP ring. In the solid state, centrosymmetrically related molecules form dimers through intermolecular N-H
O hydrogen bonds with a graph-set motif of R22(26). Intermolecular C-H
O interactions are also observed.
