2-Hydroxy-2-(2-methylphenyl)cyclohexyl acetate

Abstract: In the title compound, C₁₅H₂₀O₃, the cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation. The crystal structure is stabilized by O-HO hydrogen bonds in addition to van der Waals interactions. An intermolecular C-H interaction is also observed.
