{2-[(E)-(2-Chlorophenoxyacetyl)hydrazonomethyl]phenolato}(imidazolyl)nickel(II)

Abstract: The title compound, [Ni(C₁₅H₁₂ClN₂O₃)(C₃H₃N₂)], is a mononuclear nickel(II) complex with the metal atom coordinated by two O and two N atoms in a slightly distorted square-planar geometry. The phenolate ligand coordinates the Ni atom in a tridentate mode.
