-oxo] hexahydrate]Abstract: The title inorganic-organic hybrid, {(C7H18N5)2[Mo8O27]·6H2O}n, features polyoxomolybdate chains with neighboring [Mo8O27]6- subunits, each lying on an inversion center, sharing an O atom. These polyanionic chains together with the organic cations and the water molecules are linked together by hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network.
