Abstract: In the crystal structure of the title compound, C₁₃H₁₂N₂O₃S·H₂O, the Schiff base molecule is approximately planar. An intramolecular O-HN hydrogen bond stabilizes the molecular structure. The Schiff base and water molecules are linked by N-HO, O-HO and C-HO hydrogen bonds, forming a supramolecular assembly.
