3N,O,O']tin(IV)Abstract: In the title complex [Sn(C4H9)2(C12H13NO3)], the Schiff base acts as a tridentate ligand. The Sn atom is five-coordinate, in a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry, with O atoms of the phenol and carboxylate groups occupying the axial positions, and an imine N atom and two tert-butyl substituents occupying the equatorial positions.
