1'-Methyl-4'-phenyl-1H-indole-3-spiro-2'-pyrrolidine-3'-spiro-1''-cyclooctane-2(3H),2''-dione

Abstract: In the structure of the title compound, C₂₅H₂₈N₂O₂, the pyrrolidine ring adopts a twisted conformation with a pseudo-twofold axis passing through the spiro C atom of the cyclooctane ring and the non-spiro C-N bond. The molecular structure is stabilized by intramolecular C-HO and C-H interactions. Intermolecular N-HN and C-HO interactions are found in the crystal structure.
