Triaqua[N-(5-formylsalicylidene)glycinato(2-)-³O,N,O']cobalt(II) monohydrate

Abstract: In the title compound, [Co(C₁₀H₇NO₄)(H₂O)₃]·H₂O, the Co^II atom is N,O,O'-chelated by the dianionic Schiff base ligand and is also coordinated by three aqua ligands, showing a slightly deformed octahedral coordination geometry. In the crystal structure, complex molecules are linked together with solvent water molecules via O-HO hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional network.
