Abstract: The title compound, C₂₁H₁₅ClF₃N₃O₃S, is an example of a thiourea herbicide. In the molecule, one N-HS and two N-HO intramolecular hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a sequence of five-, six- and five-membered rings, respectively, which are edge-fused.
