Abstract: In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Cd(C₂₂H₁₇ClN₂)(C₆H₁₈N₄)](ClO₄)₂, the Cd^II atom is in a five-coordinate environment that exhibits a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry.
