2-(2,6-Dichlorophenyl)-3-(quinolin-2-yl)thiazolidin-4-one

Abstract: In the title molecule, C₁₈H₁₂Cl₂N₂OS, the thiazolidinone ring is planar and the quinoline and dichlorobenzene planes are twisted from it by 11.6 (1) and 85.2 (1)°, respectively. The crystal structure reveals the presence of -, C-HO and C-HCl interactions, along with SCl short contacts.
