Abstract: In the title compound, C₂₆H₂₄BrN₃O₅S·C₃H₇NO, the substituted o-vanillin group makes dihedral angles of 24.91 (6), 17.63 (6) and 70.12 (12)°, respectively, with the pyrazolone ring, the methyl-substituted benzene ring and the phenyl ring. The crystal packing is stabilized by C-HO hydrogen bonds, which form inversion-related dimers.
