Abstract: In the title complex, [Zn(C₈H₅O₃)₂(H₂O)₂]·H₂O, the Zn atom exhibits a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment defined by two carboxylate O atoms and two water molecules. The coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules participate in a three-dimensional supramolecular network of O-HO hydrogen bonds.
