O)triphenyl(triphenylphosphine oxide-
O)tin(IV)Abstract: The structure of the title compound, [Sn(C6H5)3(C14H9O3)(C18H15OP)], consists of discrete molecules, in which the monodentate C6H5COC6H4COO- anion and OPPh3 are coordinated to an SnPh3 group, and the tin center is in a trigonal-bipyramidal environment. The axial and equatorial positions of the trigonal bipyramid are occupied by the two O atoms of OPPh3 and RCOO- and three ipso C atoms of the three phenyl rings, respectively.
