Abstract: The molecule of the title compound, C₁₅H₁₂N₂O₄, is planar, with a dihedral angle of 0.97 (4)° between the planes of the five-membered imidazolidine and benzopyran ring systems. The crystal structure is stabilized by C-HO and N-HO hydrogen-bonding interactions.
