Abstract: The title compound, C13H9ClN4O4, crystallizes with Z' = 2, and the two molecules have markedly different conformations. The molecules are linked into a three-dimensional framework by a combination of N-H...O, N-H...N, C-H...O and C-H...N hydrogen bonds.
