Abstract: In the title compound, C23H14ClN3O2S2·C6H5ClO, the mean plane of the thiazolopyrimidine fragment makes dihedral angles of 64.26 (11), 77.70 (10) and 49.70 (18)° with the two attached phenyl rings and the 4-chlorophenoxy fragment. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O-H
O and intramolecular C-H
N hydrogen bonds, as well as by weak
-
stacking interactions.
