6-Amino-1,3-dimethyl-5-(4-methylthiazol-2-yldiazenyl)uracil

Abstract: In the molecule of the title compound, C₁₀H₁₂N₆O₂S, the thiazole ring is oriented with respect to the uracil ring at a dihedral angle of 8.08 (9)°. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked by intermolecular N-HO hydrogen bonds, forming infinite chains running along the [001] direction.
