Abstract: In the title compound, C₄H₁₂N⁺·C₁₁H₁₂Cl₂O₆P^-·C₃H₆O, all bond lengths and angles are normal. Three ammonium H atoms participate in N-HO hydrogen bonds, which stabilize the crystal packing along with weak intermolecular C-HO interactions.
