Abstract: The title compound, [Co(C₂H₄NO₂)₃], is a mononuclear cobalt(III) complex. The Co^III atom is six-coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three chelating glycinate ligands, forming a slightly distorted octahedral configuration. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked together by intermolecular N-HO hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional network.
