Terbium hydrogendiphosphate trihydrate: synthesis and non-merohedral twinning

Abstract: The title compound, Tb(HP₂O₇)·3H₂O, is isostructural with Y(HP₂O₇)·3H₂O and Gd(HP₂O₇)·3H₂O. The crystal studied exhibited non-merohedral twinning.
