Bis(acetato-O)aquabis[3-(pyrazin-2-yloxy)pyridine-N]copper(II)

Abstract: The title compound, [Cu(CH₃CO₂)₂(C₉H₇N₃O)₂(H₂O)], is a mononuclear complex in which the Cu^II atom assumes a square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The Cu atom and the aqua O atom lie on a crystallographic twofold rotation axis. In the crystal structure, there are hydrogen bonds and - stacking interactions between neighboring molecules, which stabilize the crystal packing.
