Abstract: The title compound, C₁₉H₂₁FN₃O₃PS, was synthesized by the reaction of N-benzylidene-5-(4-fluorophenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine and diethyl phosphite. Intermolecular N-HO hydrogen bonds connect molecules into centrosymmetric dimers.
