Abstract: In the title complex, [RhCl(C₈H₁₂)(C₂₄H₃₂N₂O₆)], the Rh atom is coordinated by a Cl atom, one C atom of the tetrahydropyrimidine ring and the two double bonds of cyclooctadiene. Each of the tetrahydropyrimidine and cyclooctadiene rings is puckered.
