2N,N'}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate)Abstract: In the title compound, [Ni(C13H12Br2N4)2](ClO4)2, the cationic monomeric complex has a ligand-metal ratio of 2:1, with the NiII atom lying at the centre of a distorted octahedral geometry. The cation is surrounded by six nitrogen donors of two tridentate ligands, and the cationic character of the group is balanced by two perchlorate counter-ions per formula unit.
