Abstract: The title compound, C₂₀H₃₀BrNO₄S, has been synthesized as a compound with potent fungicidal activity using 16-oxo-1-oxa-4-azoniacyclohexadecan-4-ium tetrafluoroborate and 4-bromobenzene-1-sulfonyl chloride. In the crystal structure, the conformation of the macrolide ring skeleton is [52333].
