trans-Diaqua(isonicotinamide-N)(pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylato-³N,O,O')cobalt(III)

Abstract: In the title compound, [Co(C₇H₃NO₄)(C₆H₆N₂O)(H₂O)₂], the Co^II atom is in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, with the isonicotinamide and pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate ligands in equatorial positions and the water molecules in axial positions. The molecules are linked by O-HO and N-HO hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional network.
