Abstract: A linear coordination geometry defined by S and P atoms is found for Au in both components of the title 1:1 cocrystal, [Au(C₆H₁₅P)(C₁₁H₁₂NO₃S)]·[Au(C₆H₁₅P)(C₁₂H₁₄NO₃S)]. Pairs of molecules disordered over an inversion centre associate via Au·S interactions and these dimeric units are connected into chains via C-HO interactions.
