Abstract: The chiral title compound, C₁₆H₂₄N₂O₃S, has been synthesized as a ligand for the asymmetric transfer hydrogenation process. The compound forms a layered structure with molecules bonded in sheets via intermolecular N-HO hydrogen bonds.
