3-sulfido-tri-2-sulfido-tritungsten p-toluenesulfonateAbstract: The crystal structure of the title compound, [W3(5-C6H7)3S4](C7H7SO3), consists of discrete cluster cations and organic anions. The core of the cluster cation is formed by a geometrically incomplete cubane-like W3S4 framework with one methylcyclopentadienyl ligand coordinated to each W atom.
