Abstract: The dinuclear title complex, [Ti₂(C₁₆H₁₉)₂Cl₄O], features tetrahedrally coordinated Ti centres tetrahedrally coordinated by two Cl atoms, a bridging O atom and the ring centroid of the substituted cyclopentadienyl ring; the bridging oxide atom lies on a crystallographic twofold axis.
