Abstract: In the title compound, (C₁₆H₃₆N₂)₂[Pd(C₄N₂S₂)₂], the Pd^II ion, located on an inversion centre, is coordinated by the four S atoms of the two ligands, giving a coordination geometry very close to ideal square-planar.
