Abstract: The title complex, [Co₃(C₂H₃O₂)₂(C₁₄H₈O₄)₂(C₅H₆N₂)₄(H₂O)₂]·4C₃H₇NO, is a linear trinuclear cobalt complex crystallizing with the central Co atom on a centre of symmetry and with with four dimethylformamide solvent molecules per complex. The crystal packing is stabilized by N-HO and O-HO hydrogen bonds.
