3N,O,O')tin(IV)Abstract: In the title compound, [Sn(C7H6F)2(C12H13NO3)], the Schiff base acts as a tridentate ligand, chelating the Sn atom. The Sn atom is five-coordinate in a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry, with the O atoms occupying the axial positions, and the N and C atoms occupying the equatorial positions. In addition, in the crystal, one of the F atoms is disordered over two positions.
