Abstract: In the dinuclear title compound [FePtCl₂(C₁₇H₁₄P)(C₂₁H₂₀O₂P)]·CH₂Cl₂, the Pt^II atom has a square-planar geometry and the ferrocenyl-phosphine ligands are staggered at a 24.7 (2)° angle.
