1-[(N-Benzyl-N-methylamino)methyl]ferrocene

Abstract: The title compound, [Fe(C₅H₅)(C₁₄H₁₆N)], has been synthesized to act as a precursor to ferrocenylaminophosphines. The dihedral angle between the substituted cyclopentadienyl plane and the plane of the phenyl ring is 65.0 (2)°.
