4-Methyl-N'-[(E)-4-methylbenzylidene]benzenesulfonohydrazide

Abstract: Reaction of toluene-4-sulfonohydrazide with 4-methylbenzaldehyde resulted in the formation of the imine title compound, C₁₅H₁₆N₂O₂S. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked into chains through intermolecular N-HO hydrogen-bond interactions.
