Abstract: Geometric parameters of the title compound, tri-tert-butyldiethylgalliumantimony(Ga-Sb), [^tBu₃Ga-Sb(^tBu)Et₂] or [GaSb(C₂H₅)₂(C₄H₉)₄], reflect the influence of the larger steric demand of the ^tBu ligand compared with that of the ethyl groups.
