Abstract: The title compound, C₁₈H₂₂N₂O₂S, is of interest with respect to antibacterial and anticancer activity and it has shown good trypanocidal activity. The molecular packing lacks classical hydrogen bonds, being mediated only by weak van der Waals forces.
