Abstract: The title compound, (C₈H₁₂N)₂[Co₂(C₂O₄)₃(H₂O)₄], was prepared under hydrothermal conditions. The structure consists of chiral organic cations and complex anions. Hydrogen bonds and C-H(aryl) interactions give a herring-bone arrangement of the cations along the a axis.
