Abstract: The Cu atom in the title complex, [Cu(C₂₀H₂₀N₄O₂S₄)], lies on a crystallographic twofold rotation axis and exists in a distorted square-planar coordination geometry. The geometry is distorted towards octahedral owing to the interactions of the ether O atoms.
