3-[(2-Chlorothiazol-5-yl)methyl]-5-(isobutylamino)-6-phenyl-3H-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7(6H)-one

Abstract: The title compound, C₁₈H₁₈ClN₇OS, the mean plane of the triazolopyrimidine system makes dihedral angles of 77.54 (13) and 80.15 (13)°, respectively, with the attached phenyl and 2-chlorothiazole rings. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular N-HN hydrogen bonds and weak - stacking interactions [the interplanar distance is 3.724 (2) Å].
